Our VDJ-natural casing is processed from pig, sheep or bovine intestines. Depending on which part of the intestine is used, the different animals provide different qualities and calibers. Another way for preserving the meat qualities is the vacuum packing. That involves removing the air spaces. This can be done with a thermo contractible foil that molds on the product.
